§ 324. Commission records. Any records maintained by the commission or any issuing agent or other agent of the commission that contain or include the home address of any individuals or any other personal information about individuals such as height, weight, color of hair and/or color of eyes, including but not limited to fishing licenses and applications therefor, boat registrations and applications therefor and permits and applications therefor, are not public records as defined in section 1 of the act of June 21, 1957 (P.L.390, No.212), referred to as the Right-to-Know Law. References in Text. Section 1 of the act of June 21, 1957 (P.L.390, No.212), referred to as the Right-to-Know Law, referred to in this section, was repealed by the act of Feb. 14, 2008 (P.L.6, No.3), known as the Right-to-Know Law.
