            petitioners’ joint Federal income taxes and accuracy-related                                
            penalties for 1989 through 1992 as follows:                                                 

            1     Cases of the following petitioners are consolidated                                   
            herewith:  Harold and Terri Bobry, docket No. 5008-94; and                                  
            Michael and Doris Bobry, docket No. 5009-94.
