Sec. 134.019. MARKETING OF CULTURED REDFISH AND CULTURED SPECKLED SEA TROUT. (a) The commissioner shall adopt rules providing for the raising, sale, transportation, and possession of cultured redfish and cultured speckled sea trout raised by an aquaculturist licensed under this chapter.
(b) The rules shall provide for and require the identification of cultured redfish and cultured speckled sea trout raised by an aquaculturist under this chapter.
