Texas Government Code § 102.103 Additional Court Costs On Conviction In Justice Court: Human Resources Code

Sec. 102.103. ADDITIONAL COURT COSTS ON CONVICTION IN JUSTICE COURT: HUMAN RESOURCES CODE. A clerk of a justice court shall collect from a defendant a court cost of $1.50 under Section 152.0522, Human Resources Code, on conviction in Comal County.
