Texas Local Government Code § 281.062 Supplies; Seal

Sec. 281.062. SUPPLIES; SEAL. (a) The board may purchase materials, supplies, equipment, vehicles, and machinery needed by the authority.

(b) The board shall adopt a seal for the authority.
