Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 1062.063 Retirement Benefits

Sec. 1062.063. RETIREMENT BENEFITS. The board may provide retirement benefits for district employees by:

(1) establishing or administering a retirement program; or

(2) participating in a statewide retirement system.
