Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 9059.002 Nature Of District

Sec. 9059.002. NATURE OF DISTRICT. The district is:

(1) a conservation and reclamation district in Cameron County under Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution; and

(2) a municipal corporation.
