§ 3.1-1045. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Records to be kept by handlers
The handler shall keep a complete record of the corn which has been handled by him, and shall preserve such records for a period of not less than two years from the time such corn was handled. Such records shall be open to the inspection of the Virginia State Tax Commissioner and his duly authorized agents, and shall be established and maintained as required by the Virginia State Tax Commissioner.
