§ 3.1-188.29. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008) Penalties

A. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article, or who alters, forges, or counterfeits, or uses without authority any certificate or permit or other document provided for in this article or in the regulations of the Board provided for in this article, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

B. Any person who has knowingly moved any regulated article into this Commonwealth from any quarantined area of any other state, which regulated article has not been treated or handled under provisions of the quarantine and regulations in effect at the point of origin, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
