§ 10.1-2306. Violations; penalty
It shall be unlawful to intentionally deface, damage, destroy, displace,
disturb or remove any object of antiquity on any designated state
archaeological site or state-controlled land.
Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
