§ 15.2-954.1. Volunteer firefighter or emergency medical services personnel tuition reimbursement
Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary, any locality may by ordinance establish and administer a tuition reimbursement program for eligible volunteer firefighters or emergency medical services personnel, or both, for the purposes of recruitment and retention.
