§ 23-30.03. Interest
No bond issued by institutions pursuant to this chapter (a) shall bear interest at a per centum per annum rate exceeding the greater of the rates authorized under § 6.1-330.55 or under § 15.2-2612, or (b) shall be sold at public or private sale such that the interest cost to maturity shall exceed the greater of such per centum per annum rates as is authorized under § 6.1-330.55 or under § 15.2-2612.
