§ 30-153. Codification of rules of evidence
The Commission shall have the responsibility for drafting rules of evidence for introduction into the General Assembly in accordance with the recommendations of the Supreme Court as provided in subsection E of § 8.01-3. All other sections of the Code of Virginia relating to evidentiary matters shall be revised to the extent necessary.
