§ 33.1-336. "Highway contractors' association" defined
For the purposes of this chapter "highway contractors' association" shall mean any association, bureau, agency or other medium, incorporated or unincorporated, whose object or work is to promote the common welfare of, to furnish information to, to promote cooperation among, to stimulate the demand for the services of, or to advertise the members thereof.
