§ 44-58. Precedence of officers
Officers of the naval militia, who are members of the naval reserve, shall take precedence among themselves in accordance with their seniority in the naval reserve. In the question of precedence with officers of other branches of the armed service of the State and of the United States, the regulations governing precedence in the armed forces of the United States will govern.
