§ 46.2-710. Disposition of funds collected
All funds collected by the Commissioner under the provisions of this article shall be paid into the state treasury and held in a special fund to be known as the Uninsured Motorists Fund to be disbursed as provided by law. The Commissioner may expend monies from such funds, for the administration of this article, in accordance with the General Appropriations Act.
