§ 46.2-749.5. Special license plates celebrating Virginia's tobacco heritage
On receipt of an application, the Commissioner shall issue special license plates celebrating Virginia's tobacco heritage. For each set of license plates issued under this section, the Commissioner shall charge, in addition to the prescribed cost of state license plates, an annual fee of ten dollars.
