§ 56-473. Reasonable regulations for "day letters" and "night letters"

Telegraph companies may make reasonable regulations for the transmission and delivery of telegrams commonly designated as "day letters" or "night letters," and if such regulations are complied with the penalties imposed by § 56-469 shall not be incurred.
