§ 78.60.170. Designation of resident agent for service of process
Each owner or operator of a well shall designate a person who resides in this state as his agent upon whom may be served all legal processes, orders, notices, and directives of the department or any court. [1974 ex.s. c 43 § 17. Formerly RCW 79.76.170.]
