§ 79.02.090. Transfer of county auditor's duties
The duties of the county auditor in each county with a population of two hundred ten thousand or more, with regard to sales and leases dealt with under this title except RCW 79.11.250, 79.11.260, and *79.94.040, are transferred to the county treasurer.
