§ 43.99E.020. Deposit of proceeds in state and local improvements revolving account -- Water supply facilities -- Use
The proceeds from the sale of bonds authorized by this chapter shall be deposited in the state and local improvements revolving account -- water supply facilities hereby created in the general fund and shall be used exclusively for the purpose specified in this chapter and for payment of the expenses incurred in the issuance and sale of the bonds.
