On the other hand, the new A-21978C cyclic peptide derivatives defined by appellants’ Claim 30 appear not only to be anhydrides of the old A-21978C cyclic peptides Debono describes but, taking into consideration stereoisomerism, appear also to be anhydrides of the cyclic peptide compounds defined by appellants’ Claim 31.
