Appeal No. 96-4055 Application No. 08/157,028 further rejected under 35 U.S.C. 103 as unpatentable over Franke. Claim 32 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. 102(b) as anticipated by Franke. The final rejection of claims 16 through 23 and 29 through 31 based on prior art has been withdrawn by the examiner. Reference is made to the briefs and answer for the respective positions of appellant and the examiner. OPINION Turning first to the rejection of claims 16 through 31 under 35 U.S.C. 112, first paragraph, as relying on a specification which fails to support the invention as is now claimed, we will not sustain this rejection. The examiner contends, at pages 4-5 of the answer, that [t]he disclosure teaches that there are two distinct sets of sensors, a first set that generates image signals and a second set that generates the two control signals. It is realized that the second set may be on the same side of the circuit board as the first set; but they, nonetheless, serve distinct functions.
