Claim 1 Claim 1 recites a concentric ring rotor assembly having at least one expandable separator/torque coupler operatively connected between at least two adjacent axially spaced concentric rings of the rotor assembly. Claim 1 is anticipated by Andrä. Andrä discloses a torsional vibration damper.
