specification. For this reason, the rejection must be
reversed.
CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject
claims 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 and 9 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is sustained.
The decision of the examiner to reject claims 3, 6, 8 and 10
under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
§ 1.136(a).
