In view of the foregoing, the decision of the Examiner
rejecting claim 4 through 7, 9, 17 and 18 under 35 U.S.C. §
102(e) is reversed, and the decision of the Examiner rejecting
claim 9 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
