              further rejection would be appropriate.                                                                          



                                                         DECISION                                                              

              The rejection of claims 1, 3 and 9 through 20 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as                                        

              being unpatentable over Font Freide in view of Warren or Hazbun is reversed.                                     

                      The decision of the examiner is reversed.
