DECISION ON APPEAL
Appellants have appealed to the Board from the examiner's final rejection of
claims 1, 2, 4 through 7, 10 through 14 and 24 through 26.
Representative claim 1 is reproduced below:
1. An optical pickup servo control apparatus in an optical disk apparatus
comprising:
an optical pickup;
optical pickup servo signal generating means for generating a focus error signal
which drives a focus actuating means and for generating a tracking error signal which
