Claims 1-5, 7, 8, 10 and 11 are rejected under 35 U.S.C.
§ 103 as being unpatentable over the Japanese ‘848 reference
in view of Yamada or Kato, and claims 6 and 9 are
correspondingly rejected over these references and further in
view of Yamakawa and Raff respectively.
