DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner’s
final rejection of claims 14-27, all of the claims remaining in the application.
Claim 14 is representative and reads as follows:
14. A cosmetic composition for the skin or nails, comprising a
dispersion of solid organic particles in a binder, wherein at least a portion of the
organic particles are introduced into the composition in the form of particles
whose surface is coated with at least one cationic polymer.
