DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of claims 1, 2, 14 and 22-24.
The invention is directed to a motor operation controller which can accommodate
different power supply voltages. An insulation structure is placed between the power
supply and the motor to allow for bidirectional operation in a power mode and a
regeneration mode.
