               Accordingly, we conclude that the examiner has not                     
          carried the burden of establishing a prima facie case of                    
          obviousness of the composition recited in the appellants’                   
          claim 41.3                                                                  



























               In the rejection of dependent claim 47, the examiner does not rely upon Brown-Skrobot for a3                                                                     
          disclosure which remedies the above-discussed deficiency in Bull.
