              of one of the features of the German invention which, in our view, would operate as a                       
              disincentive to one of ordinary skill in the art to do so.                                                  
                     For the reasons set forth above, it is our conclusion that the combined teachings of                 
              the applied references fail to establish a prima facie case of obviousness with regard to                   
              independent claim 1, and the rejection of this claim will not be sustained.  It follows that we             
              also will not sustain the like rejection of claims 2-18, which depend from claim 1.
