III. Conclusion
We affirm the rejection of claims 1, 2, 4, 11, 12, and 14.
We reverse the rejection of claims 11, 13, and 14 under
35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Chow in view of
Mendonca.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
§ 1.136(a).
