DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final
rejection of claims 2 through 14, 16 through 24, 26 and 27.
Claim 25, the only other claim remaining in the application,
stands allowed. Claims 1 and 15 have been canceled.
As noted on page 1 of the specification, appellants’
invention relates to disk drive suspensions, and more
particularly to an actuator arm-free mountable load beam and
wireless conductor disk drive suspension assembly. Independent
