DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on an appeal from the final rejection of
claims 1-3, 5, 8-11, 14, 16 and 17. The only other claim
remaining in the application, which is claim 6, stands allowed by
the examiner.

stent which is implantable within a lumen of the vascular system
