DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the final rejection of claims 98
through 108. Claims 98 and 99 are representative of the subject matter on appeal and
read as follows:
98. A composition of matter comprising:
(a) a plurality of different ligand analogue conjugates, each different ligand analogue
conjugate corresponding to one of a plurality of different target ligands, wherein each
ligand analogue conjugate comprises a binding site for an antibody or a ligand receptor
produced by a standard immunologic technique, and wherein each ligand analogue
conjugate is attached via a linkage site to a protein, polypeptide, polymer, or a signal
