          In summary, we find that the examiner has improperly                        
          interpreted the claimed invention and has made erroneous findings           
          with respect to the teachings of the applied prior art.                     
          Therefore, the decision of the examiner rejecting claims 1-3, 5-            
          9, 11-15, 17-20 and 22-25 is reversed.
