As a result thereof, Iwabuchi automatically moves the specimen stage, and correspondingly the specimen, to a position corresponding to the selected specimen image (column 3, lines 23 through 31). Accordingly, the obviousness rejection of claim 5 is sustained. The obviousness rejection of claims 6 through 8 is sustained because appellants have chosen to let these claims stand or fall with claim 5 (brief, page 3).
