DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of claims 1-19.
The invention is directed to the decoding of video data. In particular, the
invention is said to improve upon the prior art depicted in Figure 1 by providing an on-
chip block-to-raster buffer connected to the video decoder and eliminating memory
region 12 for storing a decoded B-frame.
