                                                    DECISION ON APPEAL                                                               
                       This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims 1, 4 through 8 and 11 through 14.                        
                       The disclosed invention relates to a method of determining whether the metal surface of a                     
               semiconductor die is contaminated.
