DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of claims 1-14.
The invention pertains to the area of wafer processing. In particular, the
invention is a method of processing partial wafers of random sizes in pick and place
equipment, and seeks to improve upon the prior art methods wherein locator dies are
required or the last column of the first row contains a die.
