For the reasons set forth above, the decision of the examiner to reject claim 38
and claims 40 to 44, 65, 68, and 69 dependent thereon, under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being
unpatentable over Marra in view of Williams is reversed.
CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 38, 40 to 44 and 65
to 69 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
