D. Summary
The rejection of claims 1, 2, 6, 7, 9, 10, 14, 15, and 17-19 under
35 U.S.C. § 102(b) over Park is affirmed. The rejection of claims 3 and 11
under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) over Park is also affirmed.
The rejection of claims 1, 2, 4-6, 8, 10, 12, 13, and 16 under
35 U.S.C. § 102(b) over Berendee is reversed. This application is also
remanded to the Examiner for action consistent with our remarks above.
