                           The obviousness rejections of claims 3, 17, 18, and 28 are reversed because the                          
                   teachings of Perreault and Yen fail to cure the noted shortcomings in the teachings of the                       
                   admitted prior art and DiToro.

                           The decision of the examiner rejecting claims 1 through 4, 6 through 21, and 23                          
                   through 29 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) is reversed.
