CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 24-27 under 35
U.S.C. § 102(b) is reversed. The decision of the examiner to reject claims 33 and
34 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) is affirmed. In addition, we enter a New Ground of
Rejection of claims 24-25 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over the
combined teachings and suggestions of Buchler and Yates. No time period for
taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal may be extended under
37 CFR § 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
