In light of the above, we conclude that Appellant has demonstrated
that the Examiner erred in rejecting claims 6 and 14 as unpatentable over
Thulin in view of Warren and Smith and claims 9, 10, and 12 as
unpatentable over Thulin in view of Warren, Judell, and Smith. The
rejections cannot be sustained.
SUMMARY AND ORDER
The Examiner’s decision is affirmed as to claims 1-5, 8, 13, and 16
and reversed as to claims 6, 9, 10, 12, and 14.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with
this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a). See 37 C.F.R.
§ 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
