                       1. A method of electroplating a quaternary alloy comprising nickel
                and cobalt, comprising:
providing an electroplating bath comprising an anode, a
cathode, water, ionic nickel, ionic cobalt, at least two ionic alloy metals, and
                at least one acetylenic-brightener; and
applying a current to the electroplating bath whereby the
quaternary alloy comprising nickel, cobalt, and at least two alloy metals
                forms on the cathode.
