2 The rejection of claims 1, 3-5, 7, 8 and 10-12 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) over
3 Sedwick is affirmed as to claims 1, 3, 4 and 7, and reversed as to claims 5, 8 and
4 10-12. The rejection of claims 6, 13, 14, and 17-21 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over
5 Sedwick in view of Currie is reversed.
6 No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this
7 appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R. § 1.136(a).
