STATEMENT OF THE CASE
This is an appeal from a decision of the Examiner rejecting claims 1-4, 6, 7,
9, 10, 13, 16-18, 23-25, 28-30, 35-38, 40, and 41.1 35 U.S.C. § 134 (2002). We
have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 6 (b) (2002).
